Booking and Payment

At the time of booking, your credit card information is required to secure an appointment.  When you book online, your credit card information remains at all time completely hidden and secure into the system.  This credit card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is not respected.

After your massage, you can pay your massage therapist with a major credit card, check or cash. 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time.  Please call or text (802) 363-0210 and leave a message with your name, and the appointment time you wish to cancel.  

Health intake forms

For your therapist to perform a massage safely and adapted to your medical condition,  it is required to fill out a health intake form.  The information you provide on your intake form will be kept confidential and secure.  If you are unsure whether massage therapy is safe for your medical condition, please talk to your doctor prior to making an appointment. 

During your massage session, please feel comfortable to tell your therapist at any point if there is any pain or discomfort and the pressure and technique will be adjusted promptly.  

Outside service area

Unwind Mobile Massage serves primarily the Vermont towns of Burlington, South Burlington, Essex, Essex Junction, Shelburne, Colchester, Williston and Winooski.  If you live slightly outside this region, please email us with your location and desired services to receive a quote.

Massage Etiquette

All services are performed by certified massage professionals for therapeutic purposes only.  The massage therapist can terminate a service at any time for inappropriate, lewd, or disrespectful behavior. The client is responsible for full payment.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We issue refunds for gift certificates within 3 days of the original purchase of the product. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
