Cancellation Policy

In the event that you have to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.  

Please call or text (802) 363-0210 and leave a message with your name and the appointment time you wish to cancel.  

For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged in full for the appointment, unless the space gets booked.

Health Intake Forms

We ask that all new clients complete a health intake form. This allows your massage therapist to tailor your massage to your personal preferences and to be mindful of any preexisting  medical conditions you may have.

The information you provide on your intake form will be kept confidential and secure.  If you are unsure whether massage therapy is safe for your medical condition, please talk to your doctor prior to making an appointment.

At any point during your massage session, please feel free to tell your therapist if you experience pain or discomfort and the pressure and technique will be adjusted promptly.  

Outside Service Area

Unwind Mobile Massage serves primarily the Vermont towns of Burlington, South Burlington, Essex, Essex Junction, Shelburne, Colchester, Williston and Winooski.  If you live slightly outside this region, please email us with your location and desired services to receive a quote.

Massage Etiquette

All services are performed by certified massage professionals for therapeutic purposes only. We reserve the right to terminate a service at any time for inappropriate, lewd, or disrespectful behavior. The client will be responsible for full payment.
